The numbers are starting to trend downward as The Pennsylvania Department of Health reported an increase of 3,934 new coronavirus cases in the state Monday, bringing the statewide total to 807,867. There were an additional 55 deaths. There were 45 more cases in Blair County. 283 new cases in our area.
