A Hollidaysburg man is due in court today for his preliminary hearing, after he was arrested for allegedly soliciting a woman for sex. 45 year old David Ball is now facing several prostitution-related charges after a woman told police he offered… both in person and thru Facebook Messenger… to pay her $500 despite the fact that she said no multiple times. When police first questioned Ball last month, he claimed his Facebook account had been hacked. Later however, police say he confessed. The charges he is now facing include encouraging prostitution, criminal solicitation and harassment.
