Tyrone Borough police are searching for a wanted man, accused of strangling and assaulting another individual on Wednesday. Police say David Vazquez faces felony strangulation and aggravated assault charges in relation to a physical domestic incident. Vazquez is believed to be driving a 2008 black BMW X3.
