State Police in Clearfield County report that 64 year old Edward Kephart was driving south on La Jose road, state route 3016 in Ferguson Twp. when he lost control of his vehicle. State troopers say that Kephart hit the brakes and began to swerve off of the highway. His car rolled over numerous times. Kephart was flown to UPMC Altoona for undisclosed injuries. He died as a result of those injuries later at the hospital. Troopers say they don’t know what caused Kephart to lose control of his vehicle. The investigation will continue.
