According to a report in the Altoona Mirror, 11 teens testified yesterday against suspect 24 year old Paul Holpit of allegedly trading marijuana for sexual favors and nude photographs. 10 of the witnesses were females. After their testimony, District Judge Fred Miller ruled that there was sufficient evidence to send the matter onto Blair County court for further review. The females testified that they purchased pot from Holpit after meeting on social media, but then were told how they could get free pot. It was then they testified that Holpit allegedly asked for sex and for nude photos in exchange for marijuana.
