A report in the Altoona Mirror indicates that police have charged 33 year old Dustin Kinser of new enterprise with several thefts in the Bedford County area. Police stopped Kinser and Kaleb Crawley while the two were on their way to Maryland to allegedly sell a stolen converter back on December 7th. Police searched the vehicle and found the converter, which led Kinser to allegedly confess to other thefts that totaled more than $22,800. Also police report that Kinser and Crawley are accused of multiple thefts from storage units. Both are charged with theft and other felonies. A 17 year old juvenile has also been implicated in these arrests.
