News reports indicate that Charles Prijatelj announced at last night school board meeting that he will retire at the end of the . He has been with the AASD for the past 7 years, and says its time to leave. He says he wants to work during the next few months on making the transition smooth for the person who next becomes the superintendent. His retirement will take effect July 14th.
