According to a report by WTAJ, police arrested 60 year old Robert Noren at the Rodeway Inn back in February. Police reported that the child had been listed as a runaway. The grandmother of the girl allegedly brought an old cellphone to police to show them that Noren reportedly set up a fake Facebook account and message the teen that he would purchase alcohol, tobacco products and pot. Police caught Noren and showed him evidence of their messaging to try and lure the girl here. Noren denied the charges at first, then confessed after he saw the messages police had retrieved. Noren is charged with interference in the custody of a child, possession with intent to deliver, corruption of a minor and giving alcohol to a minor.
