A Blair County Prison inmate who earlier escaped the prison and later was found in Philadelphia, is facing new charges. 33 year old Isaiah Tilghman has been charged with stealing a truck from an auto body shop and also stealing a license plate from a vehicle located at Altoona Soft Water on Logan Blvd. The truck was later found in Philadelphia where U.S. Marshalls eventually found Tilghman. He was found more than 3 months after he escaped the Blair County Prison thru an air duct. At the time of his escape he was in prison for drug related charges.
