The executive director of the Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center has been charged with possessing child pornography. Charged in Indiana County on Friday was 40-year-old Eric Palmer. Palmer is facing 10 felony counts of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility. The school released a statement naming Mrs. Nicole Zernick as Interim Executive Director. Palmer is currently free on $50,000 unsecured bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 5th.
