A Vintondale Borough resident has reportedly tested positive for the West Nile virus. The Cambria County resident has been hospitalized. Cambria County Vector Control plans on deploying ice traps this week to catch infected mosquitoes in the area. In the meantime, officials are urging residents to take preventative measures against mosquito bites.
