Drive By Giving Day Raised Over $15,000

The figures are in and Drive-By-Giving Day last Friday here at the studios of Lightner Communications was a great success.  The 26^th annual event to benefit Family Services Inc, brought in slightly more 15-thousand dollars in cash and donations, all of which will go to help those Blair County families in need.  This brings the 26-year total for Drive-By-Giving Days to a little more than 272-thousand dollars, thanks to the partnership between Lightner Communications and family Services Incorporated.    Family Services Inc., based in Altoona, has served Blair County since 1928.
