Three people from Philadelphia were arrested in Altoona following a joint investigation that led to the seizure of 174 bags of heroin and fentanyl with an estimated street value of $3,500. According to the Altoona Police Department Facebook Page, a vehicle stop by the Blair County Drug Task Force and Pennsylvania State Police on Monday resulted in the arrest of two individuals with active warrants, with a third suspect arrested following a K-9 unit alert. All three individuals are facing felony charges for drug delivery and possession, along with charges relating to a recovered 9mm handgun. The three have been identified as 32-year-old Yazid Davis, 26-year-old Anastasia O’Blenes, and 34-year-old Yusuf Davis. All three have been placed in the Blair County Prison pending arraignment.
