Sheetz To Rebuild 17th Street Store

Sheetz is moving forward with plans to rebuild its signature “superstore” into its most innovative facility to date, following a successful presentation to the city Zoning Hearing Board.  The board approved all nine variances requested by the convenience store chain for the major project at the intersection of 17th Street and the Pleasant Valley and Valley View boulevards.  The upcoming construction will replace the current structure—already the company’s largest convenience facility—with a slightly larger prototype.  The official start date of the project has not yet been announced.
