A Blair County jury has convicted 40-year-old Altoona resident Daniel Earnest Conway III yesterday on two felonies regarding unlawful contact with a 13-year-old girl in 2023, following a one-day trial. Conway was found guilty of disseminating explicit sexual material and unlawful contact with a minor after sending a suggestive animated image via Snapchat. Sentencing is scheduled for November 3rd.
