A new study says Allentown is the safest city for driving in Pennsylvania. Allentown was the lowest-ranked city in the Commonwealth in Consumer Affairs’ list of the Worst Drivers in America. The journal looked at several metrics including fatal crashes caused by bad driving, DUI, and speeding. The report says Philadelphia has the worst drivers in Pennsylvania, and the city with the worst drivers in the country is Waterbury, Connecticut.
