A Fishertown man has been jailed in Bedford County following an alleged attempted sexual assault that left a victim with a fractured hand during a domestic dispute in East Saint Clair Township. Twenty-two-year-old Garet McIntyre faces felony charges including attempted rape, and attempted sexual assault after allegedly striking the victim repeatedly when she refused unwanted sexual acts. McIntyre is facing charges that include attempted rape, and attempted sexual assault. His bail has been set at $200,000. His preliminary hearing is tomorrow.
