We get heavy with Q94’s latest “Local Song of the Week,” as we spotlight the newest song creation from Altoona-based nu-metal/rap-metal specialists Hate Grenade, who on Sept. 1 pulled the pin on their song “Reflections!” According to the group’s website, “‘Reflections’ is an aggressive, modern nu-metal track built around the idea of being trapped with the worst version of yourself. Heavy guitars, big hooks, and a dark edge.” Hate Grenade – frontman Jeff Glace, guitarist Chuck Lavera, bassist Donny Weissinger and recent new drummer addition Toby Quick – just performed at The V Spot in Scranton in conjunction with the 13th annual Electric City Music Conference! Find out about Hate Grenade’s periodic area appearances on their website www.hategrenade.com, and keep listening for their music on 94.3 Q94 Classic Rock’s weekly “Homegrown Rocker” program!
