The State of Pennsylvania is getting a direct payment of 200-million dollars to replace lead water pipes. The funding is part of a nearly six-billion-dollar nationwide clean water initiative discussed by Vice President Kamala Harris during her visit to Pittsburgh yesterday. Harris detailed the investment in front of a crowd of about 200 people at the Kingsley Association community center in the Larimer neighborhood.
