The Blair/Bedford Labor Council’s 108th Labor Day Parade will be Saturday morning, September 5th. Line up is at 9 by the Water Authority Building. The parade steps off at 10, starting at  Chestnut Avenue and 11th Street, continuing to 9th Street, onto Green Avenue and then 12th Street, before continuing onto 11th Avenue and ending at 15th Street.
