The City of Altoona’s Spring Yard Waste Collection runs through April 3rd.  The collection map and information of dates is at www.altoonapa.gov. Following the 3rd, and until the Fall collection, residents can drop off their paper bagged yard waste items at the City Highway Yard, 5010 6th Avenue.  For questions call 814-949-2212
