Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art – Altoona will have a special photographic exhibition honoring Railroad Heritage for America250PA for the arrival of the Big Boy 4014 Locomotive in Blair County. Special Hours: Weekdays 10am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday Noon to 5pm.  It’s at 1210 11th Avenue in downtown Altoona, across from the Post Office
