Troopers in Somerset County say a domestic incident, which authorities first believed to be a hostage situation, this morning has been peacefully resolved.
Troopers were called to a home in the area of Reading Mine Road. A 302 mental health warrant was issued, and the man was eventually convinced to come outside after several hours. Troopers say the man is being evaluated by behavior health officials.
