Lightner Communications is seeking an Account Executive responsible for selling radio advertising to local businesses. Applicant should be self-motivated, goal driven, and highly competitive!
- Identify client’s business needs by gaining a deep understanding of their goals and objectives and then developing a customized advertising solution to meet client objectives.
- Deliver effective sales presentations
- Excel at prospecting and aggressively seeking new clients
- Follow all station procedures for preparing orders, resolving billing issues, submitting regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Assist clients with creative copy and campaign strategy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and social networking platforms.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience developing new business relationships
- Positive attitude with the willingness to grow professionally
- Flexible and creative
- Digitally savvy
- Media Sales background preferred
- Has good follow-up skills
