A 14-year-old boy from Osceola Mills is dead, following an ATV crash in Decatur Township in Clearfield County. State Police say it happened last Saturday afternoon around 3 on a gravel road, when the teen failed to negotiate a downhill right-hand turn, and the ATV went off the left side of the road where it slammed into a tree. The teen and his two passengers were all thrown from the vehicle. The teen driver of the ATV was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The passengers… a 15-year-old boy also from Osceola Mills and a 14-year-old girl from Philipsburg, were flown to UPMC Altoona where they were being treated for injuries. There has been no update on their conditions. Police say none of them were wearing helmets.
