Lawrence Township police have charged a Clearfield man with attempted homicide following a domestic-related shooting Thursday. Police say 68-year-old Willard Fyock faces charges of criminal attempted homicide, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment after officers responded to a home along Southwest 4th Ave. Thursday afternoon for a report of a woman who had been shot multiple times.
Authorities say Fyock was immediately taken into custody and is currently being housed at the Clearfield County Jail awaiting arraignment. Police say the 55-year-old victim was transported to UPMC Altoona for treatment of her injuries.
