A report in the Altoona Mirror indicates that police have charged 73 year old Michael Bienert of Bedford with possessing the porn. Police investigating the case said they were tipped off by the center for missing and exploited children that a file that contained child porn images had been identified as belonging to Bienert. He allegedly told police that he did have the images on his computer, and the he looked at all forms of porn. He also told them that he did not believe the images of the children depicted pornography. He was charged with 20 felony counts of child porn and 1 count of criminal use of a communication device.
