WJAC reports that the bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms is offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to the capture of the person responsible for a bombing in 2019. That blast killed 34 year old Shanna Carlson while she was in her apartment. Authorities say that an explosive device was used to create the blast. The county coroner said that Carlson died from wounds to her head and lungs, and ruled her death a homicide. You can call 888 atf-tips, 888 283-8477.
