A report by WTAJ indicates Altoona Police arrested 42 year old Colleen Quigley for allegedly assaulting a man during a verbal argument. Police report that Quigley was apparently screaming at 2 children, one a 2 year old when the man came downstairs to see what was happening. Quigley the became aggressive when the victim picked up the 2 year old child. He ran upstairs and barricaded himself and the two kids inside a bedroom. At that point, the victim said he could hear Quigley breaking things downstairs when neighbors called 911. She is charged with child endangerment, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment.
