A report in the Altoona Mirror indicates that Ashlie Nicole Plowman was arrested at this same address on Braim Lane in Frankstown Twp for allegedly hiding a fugitive underneath a pile of clothes. Polce say that Plowman was harboring John Giselman, who was wanted on a bench warrant for allegedly having illegal contraband inside the Blair County Prison. This came about during the arrest of Allen Poorman on march 21st at Plowmans home. Plowman is charged with multiple counts including possessing an illegal firearm, harboring a fugitive, drug possession and more. She is free after posting $75,000 unsecured bail.
