Police report that a Penndot gradall excavator had overturned while heading south on portage street around 2:40 yesterday afternoon. The driver lost control of the vehicle and ended up flipping it onto its side. The driver was taken to an area hospital for protocol testing that is required after an accident. Police also say that the crash is not believed to be suspicious. No injuries were reported, and the investigation will continue. The road was re-opened after a few hours.
