WTAJ reports that developer Jeff long Announced that his company has purchased the land that used to house the former Philipsburg Hospital for his latest project. There will be a 5 story 72 unit apartment complex, plus more than 24 individual multi bedroom, multi bathroom and multi car garage units for those who don’t want to move into an apartment. They will have access to all of the amenities that Graystone provides. The project is slated to get underway in 2023, with completion scheduled for 2025.
