In a report, the school district announced that it sent notifications out to residents who may have been affected by the security breach which took place back in December. The initial report was that school district employee information may have been compromised, but non employees were also notified about the breach. The district says that if you received a letter by mail telling you that your information may have been compromised, you are advised to take steps to protect yourself. Use the information contained in the letter to contact the agency that the district is working with, and they will guide you as to what to do.
