It is being reported that Bob O’Donnell has turned in his resignation after 11 years at the helm. O’Donnell will be moving on to take over the same position in the Downingtown School District. O’Donnell said he and his family have enjoyed their time in State College, but are excited for the next chapter in their lives. O’Donnell said the move brings him closer to his family the St. College school board will take up the matter at its next regularly scheduled meeting. O’Donnell has been the superintendent for the past 11 years, and will finish out the school year and remain on the job thru the end of June.
