News reports have surfaced that Thomas is now facing additional charges of allegedly intimidating a witness. The reports suggest that Thomas is accused of chasing a potential witness in his upcoming rape trial with his truck. He was hit with harassment charges on Wednesday for that incident. Earlier this week, he was jailed for allegedly punching his wife in a domestic situation which was apparently witnessed on a FaceTime call. Attorney general Josh Shapiro, whose office is prosecuting Thomas, says he has filed papers to revoke Thomas’ bail, and keep him in jail until his rape trial begins in September. That issue goes before the courts this morning.
