The former top prosecutor has been in trouble with the law after she was convicted of leaking testimony from a grand jury then lying about it. She was convicted of perjury, false swearing, obstruction of administration of law, conspiracy to obstruct the law, official oppression and conspiracy to commit official oppression. Since her release, she was involved in an automobile accident last month in Scranton, and was charged with DUI. A bench warrant has been issued for Kane by a Montgomery County judge for a violation of her parole agreement
