Television news reports indicate the Cambria County District Attorneys office has filed charges against 53 year old Shawn Miller, a former teacher at Westmont Hilltop elementary for allegedly raping a 9 year old girl. The victim told police back in February that Miller attacked her when she was in 4th grade in November of 2015. The story goes all the way back to 2011 when other complaints against miller were brought to the attention of police for allegedly touching another student. Miller resigned in 2020 due to more complaints of touching students. He is charged with rape of a child. Statutory sexual assault, having sex with a child and sexual assault. He is free on $275,000 bail.
