The Associated Press is reporting that McCormick’s campaign has filed the suit after a judge ruled last week that counties are to count mail in ballots that did not have a required handwritten date on the return envelope. One of the counties that was named in the suit is Blair, stating that Blair county would not count those ballots as part of the unofficial vote tally. The other county named who also was not going to count those ballots is Allegheny. McCormicks campaign says that he is faring batter than Dr. Oz with mail in ballots, thus the reason for the lawsuit to count all mail in ballots. Stay tuned for more lawsuits.
