WTAJ reports that police arrested 42 year old Michael Fessler on charges he sexually abused the now 16 year old girl over a period of 9 to 10 years. The victim reportedly told police that the abuse began when she was just 5 or 6 years old. She also told them that Fessler told her that it was their little secret game and she was not to tell anyone. He was charged on April 25th with multiple counts of deviated sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, corruption of minors and indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age, and is free after posting bail.
