The report indicates that troopers pulled over a car with very dark tinted windows as it headed east on 1-80 in Boggs Twp. Troopers discovered two men identified as Daniel Torres and Juan Garcia Aguilar. Torres told the troopers he was heading to New York for some sightseeing, while Aguilar told them he was going to Allentown for a vacation. After they were denied permission to search the vehicle, a k-9 officer was brought in and discovered 6.5 lbs of cocaine in a backpack. Both men were taken into custody. State police say both are an extreme flight risk because of suspected ties to a drug cartel. They are locked up in the Centre County jail on $250,000 bond each.
