TV news reports indicate police arrested 44 year old Jennifer Teeter of Johnstown and charged her with stabbing another woman who was helping a friend at the Logan Hills apartment complex on Memorial Day. Police say that teeter confronted the victim, yelling that she owed her money. The victim told police that she did not know teeter. The victim then discovered she had stab wounds and was rushed to UPMC Altoona and underwent emergency surgery. A witness gave police a picture of teeters license plate, which enabled them to track her down. Teeter told police she stabbed the victim, but in self defense. Teeter is now in the Blair County jail on $100,000 bail, charged with attempted murder.
