HOMAS CASE CONTUNUE TO TWIST
According to a report by WJAC TV, the state Attorney General’s office has filed a motion charging Thomas and his attorneys of violating a previous order not to discuss the case against Thomas. The reports indicates that both sides in the case have been ordered not to discuss it publicly, but the AG’s office says that Thomas’ camp has done just that and possibly poisoned the prospective jury pool. Thomas’s attorneys say that they were only responding to sensationalism of the trial at the hands of the media. Thomas is facing trial later this year on charges that he raped a Windber woman in her home last year. He is on house arrest, but has been allowed to work for his father.
