News reports indicate police arrested 38 year old Michael Holden after an incident on July 2nd. Police say that Holden allegedly threatened to kill the two sisters if he did not get his dog back in a timely manner. Holden was seen riding a bicycle on Pennsylvania Avenue by a witness who called for police. Holden saw the officers and tried to hide behind a vacant house. He supposedly had called one of the women at her work place 8 times to talk to her. Police also report they have text messages that allege Holden was saying he would kill the women. He is locked up in the Blair County prison on $25,000 cash bail.
