Television news reports say that police and EMT crews along with several fire companies responded to the accident scene along rt. 764 in front of the ups facility. Police reported that burns avenue to sugar run road was closed from about 3:00 on yesterday. The road was re-opened after police and other first responders left the scene. Police report that a car and a motorcycle were reportedly involved, and the Blair County Coroner was called to the scene. No other information was released by authorities.
