
Television news reports indicate police arrested Jacqueline and Travis Quackenbush of Clearfield and charged them with the rape of a then 7 year old girl. The victim now, 13 reported the incident to authorities at the Children’s Advocacy center back in February, describing how she was raped by Travis Quackenbush. His mother walked into the room where the alleged attack was in progress, and the only reported action she took was to tell the child not to tell anyone. The victim also told police that Quackenbush threatened to cut her throat if she did tell. Both Quackenbush’s are charged. Travis with rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault of a child, sexual assault and making terroristic threats. His mother is charged with corruption of a minor and endangering the welfare of a child.
