News reports indicate that Chief Leo berg of the Allegheny Twp Police Dept. released the name of the person killed in the crash. 36 year old Josh Moyer of Duncansville was riding his motorcycle northbound along rt. 764 near the ups facility when a driver pulled out into traffic, striking Moyers bike. The accident occurred last Thursday afternoon and closed down Rt. 764 for several hours. No other details about the accident were released.
