
TV news reports indicate that 24 year old Keegan McChesney of Philipsburg pleaded guilty in court to charges of conspiring to distribute methamphetamines in several Central Pa counties such as Clearfield, Clinton and Centre. The kilos of meth were brought up from Atlanta into Central Pa. A federal court judge will sentence McChesney on December 1st. The actual sentence will be based on the seriousness of the charges he pleaded guilty to, and for any past criminal activity and history. He could get anywhere from 5-40 years in jail and a $5 million fine or both. The investigation spanned 18 months.
