A report from Erie indicates that police there arrested 24 year old Haley Potter for allegedly telling authorities that someone was stalking her. The report stated that potter began telling police that someone was sending her notes that became sexual in nature, and that turned into text messages, and a hand written note supposedly slipped under her apartment door. She also said that flowers were delivered to the television station. She also told police the stalker got hold of her debit card number and used it for a hotel room. After investigating, state police determined that an IP address used to send the alleged messages belonged to potters cellphone. She then admitted the entire incident. Potter now faces felony charges.
