A report in the Altoona Mirror indicates that the court of common pleas will review documents related to the shooting from last November. A 5 year old child was reportedly shot in the arm, and 30 year old Raulin Lee Dick was charged. Dick faces three felony charges of aggravated assault, assault of a victim less than 6 years of age and child endangerment. The defense attorney told the court that dick was handling what he thought was an unloaded gun he he pulled the trigger, allegedly striking the child in her arm. The attorney says that police made too many charges against dick, and wants the reviewed.
