Bedford State Police report they arrested 29 year old Tyler Stair for allegedly staying in a home without the owners permission. The report indicates that Stair reportedly broke into the home through a garage door to burglarize it. Once on scene, troopers encountered stair coming out of a bedroom. He resisted briefly before being cuffed. Stair confessed to breaking into the residence on Saturday, and stayed until his arrest. The homeowner told police that Stair was not allowed in the house and did not have permission to be there, and said the two were related. Stair is locked up in the Bedford County jail on $150,000 bond.
